Smart Register allows your customers and members to register for simple events in iMIS without logging in. It supports individual and group registrations and ensures accurate data capture with mandatory registration questions and duplicate matching rules. Built for events with simple configurations, it offers a clean and efficient event registration process, removing unnecessary barriers when they aren’t needed.

Features of Causeis Smart Register

• Users can register for simple events without logging in. Users redirected to standard iMIS registration process for more complex events (i.e.: events with program items, multiple registration options, or where Causeis Smart Tables Module is in-use).
• Both individual and multiple registrations are supported without the need to login. Logged-in users can select existing contacts linked to their company record.
• Users do not need to login if member pricing is available and they are a member.
• iMIS cart / payment section is removed for free events.
• A separate billing contact can be added to receive paid event invoices.
• Checks for duplicate registrations and prevents over-capacity sign-ups. Matches registrants by email using score-based logic; creates new records if no match is found.
• Sends confirmation emails using existing automation. For free events, email confirmation is required from registrants before finalising registration.
• Provides an ‘Add to Calendar’ option on the registration complete page.
• Reliable data matching and validation against existing iMIS contacts, with new records created where required.
• Email confirmation for free events to prevent incorrect registrations with bot attack prevention in built.
• Inbuilt Credit Card collection for paid events.
